    Regulation implementing the second Swiss contribution

    The Regulation on the implementation of the second Swiss contribution to selected Member States of the European Union, aimed at reducing economic and social disparities within the European Union, lays down the general rules and procedures for cooperation programs under the second Swiss contribution.

     

    Management System of the Second Swiss-Slovak Cooperation Programme

    The Management System of the Second Swiss-Slovak Cooperation Programme delineates the fundamental framework tasks and responsibilities of the entities involved in managing and overseeing the program. The management system was approved by Resolution of the Government of the Slovak Republic No. 266/2023 on May 25, 2023.

     

    Framework agreement on the implementation of the second Swiss contribution

    The primary governing the implementation of the Swiss-Slovak Cooperation Programme is the bilateral Framework Agreement on the implementation of the second Swiss contribution to selected Member States of the European Union, aimed at reducing economic and social disparities within the European Union. This Framework Agreement was signed in Bratislava on September 19, 2023. It outlines the objectives, general principles, thematic focus, and financial parameters of cooperation between Slovakia and Switzerland.

     

    Guidelines to Core Indicators

    Document Guidelines to Core Indicators(PDF, 1090 kB) provides guidance for core output and outcome indicators for the second Swiss Contribution to selected EU Member States to reduce economic and social disparities within the EU.

    Commission Decision of 14.5.2019 laying down the guidelines for determining financial corrections to be made to expenditure financed by the Union for non – compliance with the applicable rules on public procurement.
