General information

The Support Measure “Improving quality and attractiveness of vocational education and training (VET) towards labour market needs” falls under the Thematic Area “Vocational and professional education and training.” It will be implemented as a Project. The main goal of this Project is to improve the quality and flexibility of the VET system in Slovakia reflecting in enhanced manner the labour market needs. The Project shall bring flexible permeability to the educational system utilising also tools of non-formal and informal learning offered by lifelong learning. It shall increase the interconnection of vocational education  with labour market needs through the adjustment and innovation of the existing vocational education fields, increasing the participation of employers in the education system and proposing alternatives for raising qualification.
