The project \u201cSteps to Health: Prevention for a Better Quality of Life\u201d provides a systematic response through the prevention of noncommunicable diseases and health promotion. At its core is the creation of a prevention coordinator position, which will connect stakeholders and participate in a national multisectoral network. The project includes lectures on healthy lifestyles, exercise programs for seniors, the \u201cGet Moving, Go Running\u201d and \u201cGet Moving, Go Cycling\u201d motivational campaigns, and community screenings in collaboration with Centres for Integrated Social and Health Care.
