Repeat Restricted Call for proposals HLT02 is open!

On October 17, 2025, a Repeat Restricted call for proposals (HLT02) was announced for self-governing regions that were not successful in submitting a project application in the first round.

The opportunity to submit a project application is open until the end of the year, December 31, 2025.
